An adult aged 18 or older must be home during the cleaning. Additionally, it’s generally recommended to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so you can give them a walkthrough of your home. After the cleaning is finished, it’s also advisable to do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.

Regrettably, our cleaners are prohibited from using ladders, stepping stools, or furniture due to insurance policies. However, they are equipped with dusting poles that extend their reach by an additional 3 to 5 feet.

Yes. In instances where we are required to pay for parking, this fee is added to the total for your cleaning.

No. All of our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity.

Due to insurance policies, our cleaners are unable to move or lift furniture. We appreciate your understanding.

Your cleaning crew will certainly appreciate gratuity for their hard work, but tipping is entirely optional.

Absolutely! We provide discounts for weekly, biweekly, and triweekly cleaning services.
